Hi, my windows version is 1709, build 16299.125. I didn't make any changes that I can recall. I have done a lot of stuff to troubleshoot, however, I am very limited of ways that I can troubleshoot because the microphone doesn't show up in device manager or anywhere else on my PC. The microphone shouldn't need drivers as it is "plug and play." I have heard that windows might be installing the wrong drivers to the microphone, but, I don't know how to check that.

Hi toqeerabbas,
Getting a yellow exclamation mark on top of your device icon in Device Manager implies that Windows has detected a problem with your device. This could be a hardware or software-related problem.
To sort this out, please run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow these steps:
- Open Settings.
- In the search field, type in Control Panel, and click it from the search results.
- Click Troubleshooting.
- In the left pane, click View all.
- Click Hardware and Devices, hit Next, then follow the on-screen instructions.
If the issue persists, then proceed with updating its drivers. Please see Update drivers in Windows 10 for the steps.

Have you tried removing the driver software of your Blue Snowball microphone and let Windows reinstall the driver? If you haven't done this yet, then please follow these steps:
- Right-click the Windows key and click Device Manager.
- Expand the Display adapter, right-click your NVIDIA adapter, and click Properties.
- Click the Driver tab and click Uninstall Device.
- Make sure to check Delete the driver software for this device option and click OK.
5. Once done, restart your PC to let Windows reinstall the driver.
